Thank you for your interest in obtaining a film location agreement and permit with Fulton County Government for your production. The Fulton County Office of Broadcast, Cable & Film (a Division of the Department of Arts & Culture) is the official film production location agreement and permitting office for Fulton County Government in Atlanta, GA.

Fulton County Government properties and venues have proven to be ideal locations for a number of block-buster film projects and the Film Division is here to ensure a smooth film production for your project.
To support Georgia’s rapidly growing film industry, Fulton County Government’s Film Division has streamlined the film location agreement and permitting process with the launch of a new online application software: FilmApp Fulton.
The Film Division is responsible for the following:
  • Issuing film location agreements & permits to film on public properties belonging to Fulton County Government
  • Serving as a liaison between producers and county departments
  • Providing location scouting as needed
Fulton County requires a $10,000 Security Deposit that is refundable. When completing the application please provide a local address for the return of the deposit.
