Certificate of Insurance
We require at least a minimum of $1,000,000 of insurance for filming in the City of Atlanta on public property. The COI must list City of Atlanta / 55 Trinity Ave / Atlanta GA 30303 as the lien holder.

**Ted Turner Bridge – August 1st, 2018 until TBD
Street closure on Martin Luther King Jr Drive, SW between Forsyth St SW and Ted Turner Drive SW (formerly Spring St). NO closures will be given in this area during this time due to the detail route (please see the Ted Turner Bridge tab to the right for detail information)
**Fairlie – Poplar District**
There are certain restrictions on streets surrounding filming by US Court of Appeals. (please see the Fairlie-Poplar District Tab to your right for detail information).
Streets Temporarily Suspended For Issuing Permits
Argonne Ave, Durant Pl, River Forest Road, Holly Street, Harris Valley Trail, Harris Valley Rd, Garraux Rd, Old Plantation Road, McLynn Ave, N Morningside Dr, Woodhaven Rd, Garmon Rd,
No closures will be allowed in the Inman Park community during their annual community festival. Please send an email to atlfilmatlantaga.gov to inquire about the dates.l
If you want to scout and/or film in Inman Park, Ansley Park, Brookhaven, Castleberry Hill or the West Paces Ferry/Tuxedo Road area, please call the office beforehand. Some of the neighborhoods require 5 full business days to film in their area if not longer.
City of Atlanta Parks
All inquiries to film in any City of Atlanta Parks must come thru our office first when applying on our website m make sure you upload the site plan of the park marking off the area where production wants to film.

City of Atlanta Fire Department - Fire inspections / Pyro / SPFX
All Fire Watch forms must be completely filled out and sent to Capt Jerome Martin & Capt Demarcus Travis via email (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please cc Leshaun Cook, the production manager at email@example.com on the email for delivery confirmation. These contacts are also listed on Page 6 of the Fire Watch form.
Street Car and MARTA Filming
The streetcar is now under the jurisdiction of MARTA. Filming on or around MARTA right-of-way please .contact Lyle Harris 404-848-5100 or firstname.lastname@example.org & Alexia Wynn 404-848-5032 Awynn@itsmarta.com and for street car inquires William Jackson at email@example.com for the required safety training course.
Street Light Request
For street light request, we require at least 48 hours in advance for city lights and 72 hours in advance for Georgia Power. All requests must be made through the City of Atlanta, Office of Transportation. Please call the Street Section 404-658-7862 for assistance.

Business License The City of Atlanta Office of Revenue requires that you obtain a business license for filming projects lasting or expected to last thirty (30) days or longer. Please visit the City of Atlanta website to obtain more information. www.atlantaga.gov
Cancellation of Applications
There is a $100 cancellation fee for all applications that are cancelled after the approval process has begun.
