Film Office Fees can be found in the Fees & Charges document attached to the right of this page. 

Parking:
SUSPENSIONS – 8 Clear Working Days - £25 per bay/per day + £75 admin per sign - (they must be paid 3 days before the shoot or signs will not be put in place). Suspensions reserve specific bays for a designated period of time.
You will need to email a copy of the suspension form attached to the right of this page & a parking map to apply for suspensions. 
VOUCHERS  – 5 Clear Working Days - £31 per bay/per day (payment at point of application). Vouchers are street specific and apply to P&D/RES Bays & SYLs. These do not reserve bays.
You will need to contact the Film Office prior to placing an application for vouchers. Once your request is approved you will need to place a FilmApp application and apply for vouchers through the online parking system at www.hackney.gov.uk/film-voucher

Vehicles / Roads
WINNEBAGOS & CATERING VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR ON-STREET PARKING
We recommend you check your proposed locations for upcoming works. This is information can be found via http://roadworks.org/ 

Firearms
YOU MUST INFORM US OF ANY REPLICA FIREARMS*, SCENES OF VIOLENCE** OR NUDITY PRIOR TO APPLICATION
*Firearms (even replica) require an armourer
**Scenes of violence may require a CAD reference or even Police presence (We can facilitate this request if necessary)

Additional requirements
YOU MUST PROVIDE A FULL INVOICE ADDRESS (LTD) 
REGISTRATION NUMBER (This can be found on Companies house
CANCELLATION FEE – If your shoot is cancelled please inform the Film Office. Failure to do so may lead to a cancellation fee. 

Once you have agreed these terms and conditions, and submitted your application, you will receive an acknowledgement via email with a ref code (HK00001)  
If your application is successful, a pro forma (charge sheet) will be sent out. Please reply to this pro forma with a Purchase Order Number or Job Ref number.  
Once we confirm receipt, a filming notice will be sent to the email address provided on your Film App.
