Applying to hire Potters Fields Park

Welcome to the application site for Potters Fields Park. Before you begin an application, please make sure you have first made an enquiry to check your event's feasibility and that the dates are available. This can be found here. Please also ensure you read through the advice provided under the Useful Documents section to the right of this page ('site rules for events' specifically). A CAD site plan is available upon request.
If this is your first time making an application you will need to register your details to set up an account. The system will remember your basic details and you can make an application or check the details of an existing application. Submitting an application does not mean you have booked the space. Your application will go through a period of consultation before a decision is made.
Whilst legally we are able to hold events till 23.00 Monday - Saturday and 22.00 on Sundays, we discourage evening activities as there are residential buildings right next to the park. 
Site access times for builds and derigs are from 07.00 - 23.00 (Mon - Sat) and 07.00 - 22.00 (Sun). 
We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to consider your event, although this may be flexible for smaller activities.
