EVENT APPLICATION NOTICE 

The Council welcomes a wide range of applications to host events and gatherings in its parks and public realm spaces across the borough.

There is a minimum lead time of 6 weeks to process small scale applications, longer for medium and large scale applications, please factor this into your planning. Any application submitted that does not factor in the required lead time may not be processed. (This does not apply to school sports days or small informal gatherings)

All event proposals undergo an initial technical assessment to establish the event's feasibility. Please note in order for your proposal to be assessed an application must be submitted, we are not able to do an assessment over the phone or via email.
