The Camden Events Service supports Community, Corporate and Private and Council events in the Borough. We offer use of our 70 Parks and Open spaces, street locations and non-traditional spaces for events and commercial activations

Event Management Service

The dedicated and friendly Camden Event team work closely with you throughout the planning and delivery process of your event.

 

We are experienced in managing all styles of events, from small street parties to outdoor wedding socials, company picnics to children’s activity trails, Easter church processions to commercial sampling activations.

Fees and Charges

We have Camden cabinet approved fees and charges published on our web pages which are dependant on the location, size of your event and commercial or delivery.

Community events are often funded or qualify for a reduced rate.

Licensing

Statutory Licenses are applicable to all events that require sales of alcohol, amplified sound or some sporting activity. Please seek advise from the Events team or our Licensing colleagues

Risk Assessment, Event Management Planning, Public Liability Insurance Company

All events large and small, community or corporate require this health and safety paperwork.

We have helpful templates to guide you through all processes before sign off and contract issue for use of space.

The Camden Events team is a one stop shop for all road closures, parking suspensions, trading licenses, and waste collections.
