Following government advice about returning to work, FilmFixer will be accepting applications to film within FilmFixer private locations.

Production companies are expected to follow relevant guidelines about safe working practices. We have additional terms and conditions that we will require production companies to follow. Please see the FilmFixer Additional T&Cs - Covid 19 document in the useful documents section, or by

Please carefully assess each location you propose. If you do not think it is possible to comply with social distancing regulations, then do not apply. If you are not sure, please call to discuss before making an application. Applications may be refused if we feel the production has selected an unsuitable location and/or the social distancing plans are unrealistic.

FilmFixer manages several locations on behalf of the landowners. To get permission to film, click on the link to the right. We believe in a fast turnaround and flexibility for our clients. Many London boroughs, the Southbank Centre, Bristol, Cardiff, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bath and location agency "FilmFixer" use "FilmApp". The system asks you to register yourself, and the production you are working on. You can select this "existing" production next time you log in, or, if you are working on a new production, enter those details. 

The idea is to let us know the details of all the separate "shoots" you need in your application, one by one. There is a fast track for small crews wanting GVs in many locations, and if you are intending to film driving shots from a moving vehicle you can simply enter the route you intend to take. We understand that schedules can change, but please try to be accurate, if on the day, you are delayed for a short time, don’t worry, but call or email us before the shoot date if you need to cancel, or you will not get a refund.

Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, and submitted your application, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. If the application is successful, an invoice will follow for the administration cost of processing your application (please see our advertised fees and charges on the right hand side). There may be additional fees to pay if you are using a park or housing estate or other private land. To pay the fee, you will be able to use a WorldPay link for payments by card, alternatively there are bank details on the invoice itself. We require payment prior to filming or completion of any additional works such as parking suspensions.
