The Event App helps us to process your application quickly and to share information with all concerned as efficiently as possible.

It is important to start planning your event as soon as possible. Find our Timescales for Planning an Event document in the right hand menu.

Please contact the Event Office via email event@bathnes.gov.uk or on 01225 396056 to check availability prior to submitting your application and read through the Event Organiser's information.

Due to increased demand on our parks and open spaces for events, we are no longer able to reserve dates without the submission of an event application. Therefore, once you have made your enquiry to determine if your preferred dates are available, the events office will hold these for 7 days (one calendar week) before releasing, should no event application be received. Thank you for your understanding. 

A non-refundable application fee of £75 + VAT or £150 + VAT for major and multiple events will be charged at the point of submitting your event application for checking, validating and processing applications received and for liaising with other parties both internal and external to facilitate the event taking place. The Events Office will be in contact within 14 days of submitting your application and receiving your fee. .
