The Event App helps us to process your application quickly and to share information with all concerned as efficiently as possible.
It is important to start planning your event as soon as possible. Find our Timescales for Planning an Event document in the right hand menu.
Due to increased demand on our parks and open spaces for events, we are no longer able to reserve dates without the submission of an event application. Therefore, once you have made your enquiry to determine if your preferred dates are available, the events office will hold these for 7 days (one calendar week) before releasing, should no event application be received. Thank you for your understanding.
A non-refundable application fee will be charged at the point of submitting your event application for checking, validating and processing applications received and for liaising with other parties both internal and external to facilitate the event taking place. The Events Office will be in contact within 14 days of submitting your application and receiving your fee.
- April 2021-March 2022: Administration fee is £80 plus VAT (£96), multiple events administration fee £160 plus VAT (£192), major events administration fee £160 plus VAT (£192)
