The Department of Transportation supports the City’s rapidly expanding customer service effort by embracing current technology. The Department of Transportation is streamlining the permitting process with the launch of our new online application software. You can now submit parking applications, upload required documents, pay permit invoices, and receive your permits online.
Types of Permit issued include:
- Commercial Vehicle Parking
- On-Street Valet Parking
- Park for Hire
- Temporary Parking Lot
Department of Transportation hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, except for holidays. NOTE: Permits will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
